We have a dedicated main line that will put you in touch with our office personnel who can answer questions about our services or direct you towards the person who can assist. Additionally, most of our field personnel will provide you with phone numbers so customers can speak directly with them when coordinating a drop-off or pick-up. Any issues that you have can be directed to our main line, and further questions regarding our policies can be directed to our management. Our email addresses can become inundated with a large volume of emails which can delay our response time. Therefore, it is encouraged that customers needing immediate responses will contact our main line.
During our dumpster pick-ups and drop-offs, we encourage a knowledgeable representative be present to verify the placement and state of the dumpsters or porta potties. We want to provide the best possible service and having a representative on location ensures that our field staff are able to interact with the customers in a positive way. Additionally, our knowledgeable field staff can answer any questions that the customer representative may have thought of during the drop-off process. If we are picking up, then a representative can verify the condition of the dumpster or porta potty so that our company and the customer are both given peace of mind.
